INNsula presents StartUp Creation Lab: a programme designed to support young people
and professionals in developing entrepreneurial ideas, through training, hands-on work
and direct interaction with experts and businesses.

The programme kicked off on 17 June with the “Innovation Scenarios” Kick-off and
continues with a series of sessions until September. You don’t need to attend from start to
finish: ideally you’d follow the whole path, since each module builds on the previous one,
but if a single topic interests you, you’re welcome to join just one session.

The path

The programme offers a series of sessions combining:

  • training on business culture and the startup world
  • practical development of design ideas
  • use of innovative tools and methodologies
  • opportunities for discussion, networking and presentations

The goal is to provide practical skills to turn an idea into a structured entrepreneurial
project.

What you’ll learn

Throughout the path you will:

  • understand the key elements of entrepreneurial culture
  • develop and test a business idea
  • apply methodologies such as Design Thinking and the Lean approach
  • build an effective Business Model
  • work in a team and leverage complementary skills
  • prepare a clear and compelling presentation
